• To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 14 days of receiving the items through:

• Upon obtaining the RMA number, items should be sent back within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items
