• Transfer Tickets are provided if a lesson is delayed for more than 2 minutes due to reasons attributable to the tutor. These tickets will also have an Effective Period and cannot be used beyond this period.
• If a lesson is shortened more than 5 minutes due to reasons attributable to the tutor, compensation with a Transfer Ticket will be provided.
• The company reserves the right to judge if the Assigned Tutor is responsible for the delay or interruption of a lesson.

• Users can cancel booked lessons up to 30 minutes before the designated starting time on the service’s web page.
• If the assigned tutor is unable to conduct a booked lesson due to unavoidable reasons, the company will compensate the user with a relevant Transfer Ticket.

• In cases where lessons are cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the company, the company may cancel at its discretion without obligation to explain the reasons or details.

Membership Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be requested in a process specified by the company and the user will lose membership status at the end of the Usage Period if the cancellation is processed accordingly.
• Cancellations must be completed by the first day of the next Usage Period, or it will be carried over to the end of the following Usage Period.
• After the cancellation is complete, users will lose all the rights related to the service, and will be unable to make any claims against the company.
