How can one return an order from Les Gastronomes?

Refund & Returns Policy

• It is crucial to ensure that products are delivered in good condition and at the correct temperature.
• Returns and exchanges of products are accepted if issues are flagged at the time of delivery.
• Once products are accepted, exchanges or refunds for the products will not be available as the products could be mishandled or damaged during handling post-delivery.
• Products must be stored immediately in the appropriate conditions: fresh products in the fridge and frozen products in the freezer.
• In the event of a wrong delivery, returns will be accepted at no additional charge.

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or a gift card can be issued for future purchases.

What are the payment options in Les Gastronomes?

Online Payment:
Les Gastronomes accepts payments online using Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency). Note that international cards are not always accepted by the payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery:
COD is available with a surcharge of AED 10 as per the transporter policy. Payments are to be done directly to the driver upon the receipt of goods. It is important to have the exact change or to advise in advance of the required change. The driver will carry the exact change as informed beforehand. It is pertinent to note that the Cash on Delivery payment option is only available with Standard Delivery, and is not an option if the Contactless Delivery shipping method is selected.

For all orders with a value above AED 2000, which are classified as "indent" orders, a deposit of 50% is required.

Delivery Date & Time:
Kindly ensure a delivery date & time was selected, in case it is missing we will deliver with the first available date. When selecting delivery date please ensure the below is respected, otherwise we will have to split your deliveries according to product availability, extra delivery charge might apply depending on order value.

• Same Day Delivery: Only Available in Dubai
  Same Day delivery is available to products with the same day delivery icon. Orders need be placed before 12PM Dubai Time. Any order placed after 12PM Dubai Time will be automatically rescheduled for the following day.
• Next Day Delivery: At the UAE, Next Day delivery is available to all products except the ones with a pre-order icon. Orders need be placed before 3PM Dubai Time. Any order placed after 3PM Dubai Time will be automatically rescheduled for the following day.
• Pre-Order: Products marked for Pre-Order such as seafood, fruits & vegetables.
  These Products require to be pre-ordered, and have a longer lead-time. Pre-Ordering pattern is as follows: Sunday order for Thursday delivery Wednesday order for Sunday delivery Cut-off time is 3PM on the day of ordering.

Delivery Partners:
We deliver across the UAE using a 3rd party delivery company. While we maintain a permanent communication with these entities, we are not responsible for any delays or additional communication from their driver. While we request not to bother our clients too many times, this remains out of our control.

Delivery Packaging:
We understand that the use of styrofoam boxes is not ECO-Friendly, at this point in time, this is the only economical solution we found to guarantee the Freshness and the Quality of the products you purchased. It is important for us to maintain the Cold Chain.
