Returns & Refunds
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, Mamas & Papas offers a "no questions asked" returns policy which allows customers to return delivered items for any reason up to 30 days from delivery of the order. Mamas & Papas will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding the original delivery charges) to the original tender type.

• For payments made by payment card or PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original tender type.
• For orders paid for via cash on delivery service, refunds will be issued by a gift voucher which can be used on the website only.
• Guest check out customers will need to create a Website Account and register their details to receive a gift voucher.

Returns Process
Items can be returned using the following methods:

1. Returning the item to any Mamas & Papas store (excluding Department and Outlet Stores) located in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Contacting Mamas & Papas by calling +971 4 818 8400 to arrange collection of the item from the delivery address. A collection fee equivalent to the original delivery charge will apply unless items in the Order were defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
3. Shipping the item to the specified Mamas & Papas ECOMM warehouse address at the customer's own expense.

• Items purchased in store cannot be returned online.
• The option to replace returned items is available when returning directly to a store in the United Arab Emirates, subject to stock availability and price adjustment, and is only applied on full price items, not on sale items.

Refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days, however, it may take longer for some banks to process refund payments.

Damaged Goods/Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If an item is received damaged or is not as ordered, it can be returned using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of receipt for a full refund including delivery charges, taxes, and any duties.

General Conditions Applicable to all Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned:

• Unaltered, unused, and in full saleable condition (or the condition in which they were received).
• In their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
• Accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
