Complaint and Return Policy at Marhaba

To request amendments, cancellation or a refund to a booking, it is required to complete the specified form. For amendments or cancellations, notification must be provided to Marhaba by fax or email at least 8 hours prior to the originally scheduled flight arrival or departure time. If this condition is not met, the charges for the services will be payable in full.

Conditions for Cancellations and Amendments:

• Charges for services are considered incurred upon confirmation of a booking.
• Cancellations and amendments made within 8 hours of the scheduled flight arrival or departure will result in non-refundable service charges.
• No Shows will be charged the full amount.
