  Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. All tickets sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if you do not collect your tickets or arrive to see the movie.
• Can a confirmed booking be changed?
  Yes. Subject to seat availability for the movie session you want to switch to, you can change a confirmed booking. However, this can be done only at the box office of the Novo Cinemas cineplex where the tickets were booked. Changes must be made at the box office at least two (2) hours before the original movie show-time. No changes can be made once the movie has started.
• Can I cancel tickets booked online and get a refund?
  We’re sorry! Tickets booked online cannot be cancelled for refund.
• Can I exchange my ticket?
  No; we’re afraid you cannot exchange your ticket.
• What should I do if I do not receive my booking receipt by email?
  In case you do not receive your booking receipt by email, please go to the My Account page and check your booking history. Please call us for assistance.
• What happens if my card is charged but I do not receive the booking confirmation?
