Quality Food - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Refund Policy – QualityFood

• All products and services are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging, and no longer than 24 hours after receiving as it is a high perishable item.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the return, an email notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check the bank account again if a refund has not been received yet.
2. Contact the credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact the bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If all of the above steps have been taken and the refund is still not received, please contact Customer.service@qualityfood.ae.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

• Accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express)
• Cash on Delivery
• Card on Delivery
• The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) is 5000 AED.
• Only Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) are accepted for COD payments.
• Foreign currency is not accepted for COD payments.
• Refunds are automatically processed for any failed or unsuccessful transactions.
• The amount of a failed or unsuccessful transaction is reversed into the customer's bank account within the next working day.

Note: With Credit Card payments, loyalty points are immediately credited. However, with Cash on Delivery, loyalty points are credited once the payment is received.

• Delivery fees of AED 10 for orders between AED 51 - AED 200.
• An additional charge of AED 25 for orders below AED 150 (inclusive of tax).
• Free delivery on orders above AED 200.

Rest of the Emirates:

• Same day delivery available from 3 pm to 9 pm with free delivery on orders above AED 200.
• Next day delivery slots: 6am-9am, 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-9pm.
• Delivery fees of AED 10 for orders between AED 51 - AED 200.
• An additional charge of AED 25 for orders below AED 50 (inclusive of tax).
• Deliveries are made every day to all UAE on orders placed before 12pm.

Western Region of Abu Dhabi:

• Daily delivery with delivery times between 12 pm to 9 pm.
