Products purchased can be returned both through Swarovski Boutiques and online. A direct online return process is offered. Returns for full priced items are accepted within 30 days, whereas sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Gift Cards and customized products are exceptions and cannot be returned. To initiate a return:

1. Login to your account or utilize the provided link with your order number and email to start the return request.
2. Ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as received.
3. Once the item(s) are returned and reviewed, a refund will be processed based on the initial payment method. Payments by credit/debit card will be refunded to the card, while cash payments will receive an eCredit note.

If the item(s) were received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Policy
