Delivery and Returns Policy

• Cancellation: Orders not yet processed may be cancelled by contacting Concierge Service at Concierge@tanagra.me. Orders already processed are considered for return.
• Returns:
  1. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  2. All items should be returned in Tanagra box and custom packaging along with the original invoice within 30 days.
  3. Opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted for returns.
  4. Damaged or soiled returns may be sent back to the customer.
  5. The refund will exclude any applicable taxes, import duties, and delivery and return charges.
  6. Refunds for items bought by credit/debit card will be processed by issuing a credit note or crediting back to the same card. This process can take up to 10-14 business days.
  7. Note: Contact Concierge Service for defective products within six months of purchase, as items may be repaired or replaced.
• Exchanges: Not offered. Customers should return their product and place a new order.
• Gift Returns: Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of the order.
• Personalized products cannot be returned.

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order is possible before it has been processed by contacting the Concierge Service at Concierge@tanagra.me. If the order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return.

Return

Products purchased online can be returned through the Concierge Service, which will arrange a free pick up. Items must be returned unused, in the original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. Opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and could be sent back. Upon inspection and approval of the returned products, a refund will be issued by credit note or back to the original card used at the time of purchase. Please allow ten to fourteen business days for the refund to process.

If the received product is wrong, damaged, defective, or for any reason a return is desired, the Concierge Service is ready to assist with the request within two business days. Products damaged as a result of regular wear are not considered for return. Repair options are available for defective items.

Returns should be sent back in a single shipment. Excessive returns by a customer may lead to refusal of future orders.

Gift items should be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of the order date with the support of the Concierge Service. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Exchange
