• A 30 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy is in place, allowing customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any initial delivery and handling charges.

• Opened products, or products with broken seals or removed shrinkwrap, are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, unless incorrect advice regarding a product's suitability was provided by staff or on the website.

• Bulk orders exceeding three units may also be declined for Change of Mind returns to prevent reseller or scalper activities.

Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty, or Delivered Incorrectly
