• A 30 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy is in place, allowing customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any initial delivery and handling charges.

• Opened products, or products with broken seals or removed shrinkwrap, are not eligible for Change of Mind returns, unless incorrect advice regarding a product's suitability was provided by staff or on the website.
• Products specifically ordered for quoted projects, enterprise equipment, Custom PCs, sale, or open box items are excluded from the Change of Mind policy.
• Bulk orders exceeding three units may also be declined for Change of Mind returns to prevent reseller or scalper activities.

Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty, or Delivered Incorrectly

• Contact Customer Service for items received as DOA, damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
• Return the item ideally in its original packaging or with suitable packaging to prevent damage during the transit back to MSY.
• Provide full name, contact information, Tax Invoice or Order Number, any relevant tracking numbers, serial number(s) of the items, and a description of the reason for return.
• An email with a Return Authority (RA) number will be sent after item reception.

• If a product is not faulty as per the test results, or damage was caused after possession, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• For items incorrectly delivered, contact Customer Service to arrange return at no cost and the dispatch of the correct product, if applicable.
