Within 30 days from the date of purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted, given that all items are in original, unworn condition and inclusive of all packaging and labels. The branded shoebox is also part of the returnable items and must not be altered or marked.

If products were purchased from third-party vendors such as The Iconic, Myer, Catch Of The Day, Mysale & Trestina, any returns or exchanges must be processed through the original point of purchase in accordance with that retailer's returns policy.

For online purchases, full-priced items may be returned to a store with the presentation of an email sales receipt or packing slip. The store is not under obligation to process refunds or exchanges without proof of purchase. Note that stores cannot process refunds or exchanges for purchases made with Humm.

For in-store purchases, returns and exchanges are solely processed in-store and not at the online warehouse. There are no refunds for change of mind, only exchanges or gift card issuance provided that the items meet the return policy conditions. Evidence of purchase is required for all in-store returns and exchanges. Items with manufacturing faults evaluated by the team may qualify for a refund.

In case of online orders with manufacturing faults, contact the customer service of Novo Shoes with an order number and photographic evidence. Alternatively, an in-store evaluation with proof of purchase is also available. For in-store faulty purchases, an in-store evaluation is required to determine refund eligibility in line with ACCC regulations.
