What is the T2 return policy?

If a customer has changed their mind, T2 will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase. For purchases made in November and December, exchanges or refunds can be made until 31 January of the following year. Unfortunately, tea products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
