How to return an order in ECHT?

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

• Eligible returns can be made for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
• Product size label must be intact (note: swing tags do not arrive with products).
• Returns are not accepted for swimwear, socks, water bottles, gift cards, items claimed under the Rewards program, or final sale items.
• If a requested exchange is out of stock or an alternative product is desired with a price difference, a store credit will be issued.
• If exchanging for the same product in a different size with a price difference, no refund or store credit for the price difference will be issued.
• A store credit will be automatically issued if no notes accompany the return.
• Discount codes from the returned order cannot be refunded, store credited, or applied to the exchange order.
• Items returned outside the 30-day period may incur a $10 fee, and a store credit, minus this fee, will be issued.
• All obligations under consumer law are adhered to.

REFUNDS

• Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed if the item is full price or purchased with a discount code at checkout (gift cards excluded).
• Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund back to the original payment method.

• Sale items with automatic discounts at checkout or sale prices are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
• Final sale items cannot be returned.
• For returned final sale items, a store credit for 10% of the purchase price will be issued.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN (AUSTRALIA)

1. Fill out the Returns request form available on the website.
2. Include the form with the return parcel or a handwritten note with all required information.
3. Ship items back using a courier service to the specified ECHT address.
4. Keep the receipt with the tracking number.
5. Allow 5-6 days for the processing of the return upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER - HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

1. Complete the return request via the provided online portal.
2. For selected countries, purchase a label via the ECHT team, or source your own courier for other countries.
3. Ship items back with the Return form inside.
4. Once the return is received, allow 5-6 days for processing.

RETURN TO SENDER

• A fee is deducted for returns sent back due to non-collection, incorrect addresses, or other specified reasons.
• A resend fee will be charged for redelivery requests.

RETURNS RECEIVED DIRTY/DAMAGED

• Returns not meeting criteria will have a $10 damage fee deducted per item from the store credit.
• Items will be destroyed after processing.

RETURNS RECEIVED OTHER S

RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS

• Returns arriving after the 30-day allowance cannot be accepted.
