• Items in stock ship the next business day if placed by 12pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Items not in stock will ship as soon as they become available.

• Canadian customs broker is appointed on behalf of the customer for customs clearance and duties and taxes submission to Revenue Canada.

Standard Shipping:

• Takes 3-5 business days.
• An additional 3 business days may be required for deliveries to rural areas.
• Costs associated with shipping tiers are detailed, with free delivery on orders over 35 CAD, subject to terms.

Pre-orders and Backorders:

• Backordered items will ship when stock is replenished.
• Pre-orders for upcoming sets can be placed in advance.
