• Returns to PUMA Retail Stores:

What are the delivery costs and methods in PUMA?

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• Standard: Orders under $75 - $8.00
• Expedited: $18.00 for all orders
• Next Business Day: $25.00 for all orders

Direct Signature Required:
To ensure the safe delivery of packages, a signature may be required at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Confirmation if a signature will be required is provided after placing an order. Delivery is made to the address on the mailing label, therefore a signature from anyone at the delivery address is acceptable. Unfortunately, change of address or signatures on the delivery door tag are not accepted.

Should the initial delivery attempt be missed, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.

• Do not ship to Northwest, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories.
• To qualify for free shipping, the pretax total must exceed the required minimum amount.
