1. Pack your item(s) into a bag or box (ideally the original delivery box).
2. Include your original Delivery Note and circle the items that you are returning (if you no longer have your original Delivery Note, please log into your account and print out your order receipt instead).

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If using a third party courier company to return your parcel, please ensure that you use a tracking number as we are not able to take responsibility for untraceable parcels.

• Goods must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• READY TO SHIP items ordered before 3pm, Monday-Saturday (excluding public holidays), are dispatched on the same day.
• Delivery times for READY TO SHIP items vary by destination:
  • For HK & Kowloon: approximately 1 Business Day
  • For New Territories, Tung Chung & Discovery Bay: 1-3 Business Days
  • For Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island: 2-4 Business Days
• Items not labeled as READY TO SHIP will display an estimated dispatch date on each product page.
• If an order contains products with different delivery times, there's an option to split the order into multiple deliveries. An additional fee might apply unless the cart value exceeds HK$900.
• If no one is available to receive the package at the given address, the delivery team will attempt to follow the provided "If not home" instructions.
• If the delivery cannot be completed, efforts will be made to contact the recipient using the telephone number(s) provided at checkout.
• Failed deliveries may be returned to the warehouse, and Baby Central may charge a per cost fee for redelivery or redirection of orders.
