3. ATTACH LABEL: Stick the prepaid return label onto the package. Note the tracking ID from this label for tracking the return.
4. POST: If the label from the box is used, the package should be taken to the preferred drop-off location of the carrier on the return label. If a new label is generated from the website, it should go to the preferred UPS drop-off point. Proof of postage should be requested.
5. REFUND: After the return is processed, an email notification will be sent and the refund transferred as soon as possible.
