Returns: Under Armour stands behind everything they make. If not 100% satisfied with an item, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. A range of products have specific return conditions:

• Electronics (Headphones and Watches): Returnable only if unused and in original condition or if deemed faulty.
• Headwear, undergarments: Not exchangeable or returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• UA Sportsmasks: Returnable only if deemed faulty.
• Shoes: Do not stick return labels directly on the shoe box to ensure return acceptance.
• Personalised product: No returns unless deemed faulty.

Returns due to faults will be addressed by the Customer Service Team, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Exchanges: Currently, exchanges are not possible. For a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

In-store or Partner Returns: Exchanges can only be done at the original store of purchase. Contact the specific store for their exchange policy. Online returns & exchanges are not accepted in-store.

Returning Your Online Order:

• Items must be unworn with tags attached, returned in original packaging.
• Shoe boxes should not have return labels attached directly.

1. Initiate the return process by creating a return request online.
2. Print the return label and packing slip provided via email.
3. Include the packing slip in the return package.
4. Attach the return label to the package.
5. Send the package to the return warehouse with a preferred courier. Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Processed within 14 working days post receipt and quality check of returned items.

• Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer service team will contact for bank details.
• Refunds will reflect the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding shipping charges.
• Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
