Pharmacy Direct's Returns Policy

• Returns and refunds are provided only for items purchased from Pharmacy Direct.

Pharmacy Direct's 7 Day Rule. Customers may return an unopened item, still in its original packaging within SEVEN days of receiving the order (as recorded by the courier) for an online credit voucher, excluding the original shipping fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exceptions: Some items are excluded from returns - see the exclusion details at the bottom of the page.

Wrong Item Chosen: If the wrong item is chosen by the customer, the 7 day rule applies but items cannot be swapped. A new order must be placed. The customer may need to pay shipping for the new order.

To initiate a return, contact customer services for a return code, including the order number in the correspondence.

Faulty Items: In case of defective items, contact customer services with details including order number, photos of the faulty item, expiry date, batch number, and description of allergic reactions if applicable.

Missing Items on Your Invoice:

Returned International Parcels: If an international parcel is returned due to customs rejection or rejection by the customer due to customs taxes/extra charges, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs and potential exclusion costs upon receipt of the returned goods at Pharmacy Direct in New Zealand.
