Returns and Refund Policy

• Returning an item:

  There is a 100% 30-day money back guarantee policy for products that do not satisfy the customer, starting from the dispatch date indicated in the order dispatch notification email. Products must be returned within this 30-day window.

  Before returning, customers must contact Cosme-De through the Contact Us page for the return order number and return procedures. Including the delivery note with the return is requested for records.

  Conditions for returning products:

  • All products must be unopened to be eligible for return.
  • A 50% handling fee will be charged if return is made without prior notice.
  • Returns are refused for any opened or broken products, items sold on discount, or listed as non-refundable/exchangeable.
  • Products cannot be returned if 30 days have passed since the dispatch date.

  Refunds will be credited to the original payment account, excluding the cost of return shipping. Each order can only be returned once, and all return goods must be in the same package.

• Exchanging an item:
