Selected PUMA products may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days from the date the order is received.

The PUMA product must meet specific conditions to be eligible for returns:

• Product must be in its original condition with its original packaging.
• Products with information tags must still be intact.
• Product must not be washed, used, or altered.

A customer service representative will be emailing a J&T Return Number after 1-2 business days. Orders can be returned via Drop Off to the nearest J&T Branch.

Reminder:

• Packages returned at J&T Drop Off Branches need to be opened for inspection before acceptance.
• Only parcels with a J&T Return Number will be accepted.
• After the parcel is received in the warehouse, Quality Checks will occur to inspect the conditions of the items.

PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, undergarments (not including bras), shoe care, face masks, socks, and personalized products.
