• Customers can return unopened FOREO products within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
• Returns of products with opened boxes are not accepted by FOREO.

2 Years Limited Warranty

• FOREO products are warranted for TWO (2) 2024S from the purchase date against defects from normal use.
• The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.
• Some exclusions apply: The warranty does not cover the play range, LUNA fofo, or devices from the 'Review Your Device' campaign. It also does not cover cosmetic deterioration from wear and tear, or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect.
• Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
• If a defect is discovered and reported during the warranty period, FOREO may replace the device free of charge at its discretion.
• Warranty claims must be supported by evidence that the claim date is within the warranty period.
• Customers are advised to keep the original purchase receipt and serial number, alongside these warranty conditions, for the entirety of the warranty period.
• Replacement products under warranty do not receive new 2-year warranty coverage.
• In case of limited edition products being discontinued, a replacement of the same model but different color/design may be issued.
• The Limited Warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties.
• To claim a warranty, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be provided by Customer Care upon making a warranty claim through the customer's account on www.foreo.com.
