Tanagra Returns & Refund Policy
Free return service is available for all online purchases. Products unused and in satisfactory condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging to return your order. Products that have been personalized will not be accepted. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back. The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Tanagra reserves the right to refuse the return of any Items that do not meet the above return requirements. Currently, exchanges are not offered. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.

• How to request a return: Contact the Tanagra Concierge Service or log into the account on the My Account page and fill in the Return Form to initiate the return process. The concierge will arrange for a free pick-up via partner courier service. All items from an order should be returned in the same shipment for prompt processing.
• Refund timeframe: After receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), and once the return is approved, a refund for the price paid (including VAT) will be issued. Refunds for merchandise returned can take up to ten to fourteen (10-14) business days after receipt. The refund confirmation details will be communicated via email.
• Payment by Card: Please allow additional days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on the financial institution.
