• Cancellation/Amendment: Possible up to 36 hours before the scheduled Collection/Delivery date. Store credit will be provided, and an administrative fee of $10.80 applies. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
• Delivery Issues: In case of non-receipt, contact Customer Service for investigation. Refunds possible if non-delivery is confirmed. No refund if the recipient is not present during the chosen time slot.
