• Policy lasts 14 days from receiving the order.
• Returns are eligible if the item is new, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
• Returns are not for refunds but for online credit note with a 6-month validity.

  • Standard Courier: Delivery time frame for standard courier service is 2-4 working days. This service is complimentary for orders above S$100, otherwise, a fee of S$2 applies.
  • Express Courier: For an expedited delivery within 1-2 working days, a flat rate of S$4.50 is charged.
• Delivery Charges

  Charges for local delivery services are partially subsidised by Ohvola. Specially, for orders amounting to S$100 and above, Local Standard Courier service is offered on a complimentary basis. The rates for overseas shipping depends on the weight of the items and will be calculated and informed during the checkout process.

• Additional Delivery Information
  • For order tracking, the service Pickupp provides updates and customers can track their order status using the tracking number received via SMS.
  • In the event of a delivery failure where no message is received, customers should check their junk/spam mailbox before reaching out to Pickupp via email for re-delivery scheduling.
  • Ohvola will not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address details provided by customers, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
