How to return an order in GetTech?

RETURNS

To initiate a return please contact support@gettech.com with your order number and the reason for return. Alternatively, fill in the contact form on the website.

WARRANTY
All the devices listed on the website are fully tested and function like new. A free warranty is included on all items sold, allowing for a repair or replacement during the warranty period should any issue arise.

EXTENDED RETURNS - FESTIVE SEASON
An extended return period is offered for the festive season. Orders placed between 25 November and 25 December 2022 can be returned until 22 January 2022 as a change of mind return. The standard warranty and return terms and conditions apply and the item must be checked upon delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND
A refund of the product is offered when returned within a 28 day cooling off period if a customer is not satisfied with an item purchased. The shipping costs involved in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If packaging of accessories has been opened or damaged, they will not be refunded.

If the warranty is voided, the refund cannot be processed and a return postage fee will be applied. A diagnosis and cost for the repairs can also be provided.

The return is processed within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the item, with the refund issued back to the same card or account used to place the order. The refund is for the value of the goods and must be accompanied with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

FAULTY GOODS
If a device is found to be faulty on arrival or within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model. If the returned item is not in the same condition it was at the time of purchase a charge for the diminishment of value will be applied or it will be replaced with an item of similar condition.

Customers should inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure all items are present and were not damaged during transit. Any missing or faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receiving a parcel. Claims outside of this window are not valid for returns.

All warranty returns need to be accompanied with a valid receipt. If the warranty is intact, free returns are provided. If the warranty is voided, charges will be applied for repairs or return postage.

Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit as this will not be covered. All items being returned must have a valid tracking number. Proof of shipping/return should be retained.

Do not return the device with a case, SIM card or charger, unless requested. Responsibility for these items is not accepted if returned with a device and there will be a charge for postage to return these items back if needed.

All returned devices must be restored to factory settings and with Find My iPhone disabled. If unable to restore the device, contact must be made prior to returning so assistance can be provided.

Include a valid receipt, order number or proof of purchase with the return, as well as your name, surname, contact number, and return address.
