Complaints and Returns Policy

Complaints regarding services or content must be made within a specific timeframe. If the content purchased cannot be watched for reasons beyond customer control - such as faults with lines, insufficient broadband speed, or issues on NOW's part - customers must inform NOW within 28 days of the payment. NOW will conduct tests and may issue a refund where appropriate (Section 3.1.6).

If a NOW Sports Day Membership is not activated within a year of purchase, it will be deleted automatically, and the ability to access that content will be lost (Section 3.1.5).

Return Policy

• Purchases of memberships or viewing add-ons can be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period, provided that the membership or viewing add-on has not been activated or used (Section 13.1).
• Customers must contact NOW via the Help section on the website to cancel their order during the cooling off period. Upon cancellation, all payments received, including delivery costs, will be refunded (Section 13.2 & Section 13.3).
• If a discount was received and, during the cooling off period, any conditional order for a membership is cancelled but other NOW services are retained, the customer must pay the difference between the discounted and full prices (Section 13.4).
• Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the cancellation. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed (Section 13.5).

Apple Pay is currently undergoing a trial as a payment method for TV Membership, restricted to:

• Some members at the stage of joining NOW.
• Members with the understanding that it can't be used for NOW Broadband Membership.

Once a payment method is switched from Apple Pay, it is not possible to revert to Apple Pay in the future.
