Returns Information

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. For UK & EU customers, all sales on outlet items are final and non-returnable.
• Items must be returned in their original unworn condition, with tags attached and without any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations. Items with makeup/tan stains, perfume/body odours, deodorant, or sweat patches will not be accepted.
• Shoes must be returned with clean soles and unscuffed, with laces loosened. The shoe box should be returned in its original condition.
• Swimwear can be returned if it remains unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and protective stickers intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
• Returns on men’s or women’s underwear are not accepted unless the items are faulty.
• Ryderwear does not accept returns on any Gift Cards.
• Returns must be packaged adequately to avoid damage during transit.

Faulty Items

• Faulty items claims should be made with clear images, a detailed description of the fault, the order number, and email address associated with the purchase.
• Claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the standard returns procedure applies.
• Items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
