W Concept - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Returns Process

To return an item, create a Return Label within 14 days of the last package arrival date. Package exceeding this timeframe will lead to a rejected return request. A $6 Return Fee applies PER Return Label without the option to merge items from multiple orders.

• Log into an account, click "My Orders" → “Orders”, select the order, click "Return", choose the item and reason, and complete the request.
• For Guest Orders, use “Track Order” with the order number, billing last name, and email. Then, click "Return" and proceed as above.
• After requesting a return, download the shipping label or the QR code. Also, it'll be sent via email.
• Drop off the package at the nearest UPS location (DHL or AU Post Office for overseas customers) within 1-5 business days. Pickups by UPS/DHL are not covered.

Returns Policy

Items must be new, unused, with original packaging for a refund to the original payment method. Exclusions include underwear, pierced jewelry, make-up, skincare, and living category items. Any non-faulty items that are used, washed, soiled, or damaged are not refundable and will be returned.

Returns that do not meet the requirements or are non-resalable will not be accepted.

Late Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Beyond this, acceptance is at discretion.

Returns on Special Orders: Special orders and items purchased at 50% off or more or marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

For damaged/faulty items due to W Concept's error, both delivery and return shipping charges are reimbursable.

Instead of a monetary refund, W Concept reserves the right to issue W points on a case-by-case basis, valid for 1 year.

Exchanges & Cancellation

Exchanges are not accepted. Customers should return undesired products and place a new order. Refused packages incur a re-stocking fee of $6.00.

Frequent returns or abuse of the policy may lead to blocked or canceled orders.

Cancellation is possible unless at “Shipped by the Brand” status, which follows the return policy. The final sale cannot be canceled irrespective of shipping status.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders cannot be modified or changed once placed. An Order Confirmation Email is sent upon receipt of the order. In the event of a cancellation due to a brand sold-out situation, a refund will be processed immediately after order cancellation, which will take 1-5 days to fully process and settle.

• Ordered: Waiting for the vendor’s confirmation.
• Preparation by the Brand: The order is being prepared by the brand. Pre-order and Made-to-Order items may remain in this stage longer.
• Shipped by the Brand: Once shipped, it typically takes about 7 business days to deliver.
• Arrived at the W Messenger Center: The item is being prepared for shipment, which may take 1-3 business days.
• Quality Check in Progress: The order is under quality inspection and can be replaced if standards are not met.
• Quality Check Completed: Inspection finished and ready for packing.
• Ready to Ship: The shipment notification email is sent once the order is dispatched.
• On the Way: The package has been shipped out with an estimated delivery date available on the tracking page.
