  Returns can be made at any store location, with or without the original box or receipt. Returns can be processed with the original purchase card or through the FAMOUSLY YOU REWARDS® account. If the original receipt cannot be located, a refund will be issued as store credit at the current selling price. No restocking fee is charged. Note that returns may be limited or denied at discretion.

• By Mail Returns:

  A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 applies for mail returns using a pre-paid return shipping label. The return processing fee of $7.95 is deducted from the refund. Returns by mail are processed for items that were purchased online or shipped to the customer's home only, as in-store purchases cannot be mailed for a refund.

• Refunds:

  Refunds for in-store returns are given in cash for merchandise purchased with cash or check, provided the customer has a receipt. Credit/debit card refunds are credited back to the original card. For mail returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receiving the return. The refund may take an additional 2-10 business days to post to the customer's account depending on the credit card company. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping must be paid by the customer.

• Exchanges:

  Exchanges can only be made in Famous Footwear stores and are not available via mail.

• Time Limit for Returns:

  There is no specific time limit for making a return, as Famous Footwear aims to ensure customer satisfaction with the right pair of shoes.
