How to return an order in Jared?

Returns & Exchanges Policy at Jared

If not completely satisfied with a purchase, customers are entitled to return or exchange their items at any Jared store up to 30 days after purchase, or from the date shipped for online orders. It is noted that while returns are processed at Jared.com, all exchanges must be done in-store.

• Items should be in original condition with all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork included.
• Watches need to be returned with all links.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted on special ordered watches, gift cards, custom designs, and protection plan replacement merchandise.
• Mechandise purchased via Progressive Leasing is not eligible for exchange.
• All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Items with a gift receipt can be returned for a gift card or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding those made with Progressive Leasing.
