Cancellation Policy

• Vacation Homes:
  • 30+ Days from arrival date: $50 deposit is non-refundable.
  • 0-30 Days from arrival date: 100% penalty applies.

  • 16+ Days from arrival date: $15 cancellation fee, with a refund of $35 of the $50 deposit.

• Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will result in a charge of the full price of the stay.
