Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. Another notification is sent when the order has shipped. Pre-sale orders are notified of the shipment date on the product page, with at least one month to fulfill.

Most projectors and screens are available for US addresses, with products in stock locally. Nova and Dice EU versions are stocked in the EU warehouse. Shipping for ALR UST Screens in the EU is direct from the Chinese manufacturer and takes about one month, free of charge.
