Returns and Refunds Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original, unopened package.
• Once an item is returned to the fulfillment center, it may take 3–5 business days to be received and processed. After processing, the refund may take an additional 5 to 6 business days to reflect in the bank account, depending on the original payment method.
• Refunds can be issued as a gift voucher or store credit, redeemable within six months, or as a reimbursement on the same card used for the purchase.

How to return a product:

1. For items collected from the showroom: Return the product in its original packing and sealed as received.
2. For items delivered by the delivery team: Contact the store to arrange an inspection and return of the product.

Important Note:
