Shopping at Freedom

Here’s a handy instruction on how to shop at Freedom! First you have to make an account, it’s necessary to have one in order to shop here. But don’t get discouraged, it won’t take more than 1 minute! Go to freedom.com.au and click “Join” on the top of the page, it’s right there:

Now fill in the mandatory information and submit. Once you are signed in, it’s time to do some shopping so go on and start looking for some great furniture and homeware!
When you find a product that you want to purchase, click on it to go to its subpage. There you can view more pictures of the product itself as well as the item in a room with other furniture, so you can see what it will look like in your house. Make sure to read the overview, key features, delivery, warranty and care in order to know for example the item’s dimensions, if it is already assembled or how long you will have to wait for the delivery. After that just mark the quantity, click “Add to Cart” and you can go back shopping. Add other items in the same way.

If you are done and feel like you chose everything you need click “Checkout” in the upper right corner. Now you are in the shopping cart. At this point you can still add and remove items so review your purchase and change it if you wish. If everything is correct click “Proceed to payment”. There you can enter your MyFreedom membership number if you have one. Later give your billing and shipping address, first and last name, email address and telephone number. During the next step you have to select a payment method and write all the payment details that are required. If you have a gift card you can also redeem it there. The last thing left to do is to review your order, check “I agree to the terms and conditions” and click “Place an order”. Done! Now wait for the delivery. If by any chance you lose your assembly instruction after your order arrives you can find it online as well!
