HARRY ROSEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Harry Rosen stands behind the quality of products and offers a return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of an in-store purchase, delivery date, or the date ordered items are available for in-store pick-up. After the arrival of the return at the distribution centre, it can take up to 3-4 business days for the return to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been issued.

ONLINE RETURN SERVICE FEE

A return service fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund when utilising the return service. CLUB HARRY members enjoy complimentary returns for regular priced items purchased online, provided the item(s) are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. A service fee of $10 applies to the return of sale items.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• Items must be returned new, unworn, in original condition, and within 30 days.
• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
• In-store and online purchases can be returned at any Harry Rosen retail store in Canada, excluding Outlet locations.
• Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store; the same applies to outlet purchases.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in the condition in which they were received; the right to decline a return or exchange is reserved if not met.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made, made-to-measure items or items that have been altered.
• Intimate apparel, fragrances, grooming products, gift cards, or certain lifestyle products cannot be returned unless unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

1. An item's price has been reduced within 7 days of purchase.
2. Price adjustments are provided if the item is still available in the same style, color, and size.
3. Customers may request price adjustments once per item.

For price adjustments on in-store purchases, present proof of purchase at a Harry Rosen store. Contact the Customer Care team for online purchases, including the order number and item description. Refunds from price adjustments will return to the original method of payment.

REPEATED RETURNS

Frequent returns by the same account are monitored, and Harry Rosen reserves the right to close the account and/or cancel future orders if abuse of the return policy is suspected.

RETURNS BY MAIL

If unable to visit a store location for returns, use the provided service to return or exchange by mail. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable if an alternative service is used.

HARRY ROSEN OUTLET

Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return. Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt, provided items are new, unworn, and in the condition in which they were received. Outlet purchases can only be exchanged at Outlet locations.
