HBX - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Returns Policy | HBX - Globally Curated Fashion and Lifestyle by Hypebeast

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date received. Merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition, with all packaging, accessories, tags, and authenticity cards/dust bags. FINAL SALE, ARCHIVE AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. A list of final sale items is provided at the bottom of this policy. All returned items must be well packaged; for footwear, the shoebox must also be protected as it is part of the product. Designer bags and accessories must include all additional packaging. Items with an HBX tag must return the tag in its original position. Returns that do not meet this policy will be sent back at the customer's expense. Exchanges are not offered; a new order should be placed for preferred items. HBX holds the final discretion on return requests.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by HBX for orders shipping to the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea; other countries/cities are not included. It is recommended to use registered and traceable services when returning the package. HBX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Refunds
Refunds exclude the original shipping fee and taxes/duties. Cryptocurrency refunds will be in USD equivalent, based on the refund timing's conversion rate. Proof of payment may be required. Refund processing time can take up to 10 business days, potentially longer during promotions or holidays.

If receiving an incorrect, missing, or defective item, contact should be made within 7 days from the order's receipt date. Include order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. Claims may be denied if raised after 7 days.
