Complaints and Returns Policy at J SELECT

Returns and exchanges are applicable under the following conditions:

• Quality issues

Application for returns within 7 days post-delivery (excluding Apple products)

• Product confirmed to have a factory quality issue
• Exchanges can only be made for the same model and color
• If the product has been discontinued/out of stock or is an OUTLET item, J SELECT will provide a refund for the amount of the relevant product
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the damage is caused by improper usage or human-inflicted damages
• Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products, food, health products, earphones, and watches are non-returnable/non-exchangeable
• Returns without the required proof of documents are not accepted (please refer to "Required Documents for Application" below)
• Certain products require an inspection report approved by the agent, including but not limited to brands such as Nintendo, Samsung, and XiaoMi
• All Apple products are not eligible for any refund or exchange requests. Customers can visit an authorized Apple service provider for warranty and repair services with the sales invoice issued by J SELECT. Authorized service providers reserve the final decision in case of disputes
• For all Samsung home appliance product refund or exchange requests, please refer to the "More Information" section on the product page
