How to return an order in Suchprice?

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations Policy:

• Cancellation of orders before shipment:
  • Charges will be deducted for any cancelled orders after payment, with the deduction amount depending on the payment method:
  • For bank transfer / cheque / FPS / SF cash on delivery, a deduction of 2% or $20, whichever is higher. For FPS, an additional $10 bank charge is deducted.
  • For PayPal payments, a deduction of 2% or $20, whichever is higher.
  • For credit card payments, a deduction of 4% or $30, whichever is higher.
  • For orders paid via Alipay/AlipayHK/PayMe/WeChat Pay, a deduction of 2% or $20, whichever is higher.
  • An installation fee of HK$100 is charged for cancellation of each installed item.
  • If the cancellation is due to reasons of the company, such as product delay or stock issues, the refund fee will be waived.
  • Order changes may lead to a waiver of the refund fee upon successful alteration of the order.
  • Cancellation of pre-orders after the fulfillment to the supplier may be refused.
