Online orders can be refunded within 21 days of receiving your order. Goods must be accompanied by the dispatch invoice or receipt. Kindly note when purchased online the following brands may only be returned to Brown Thomas Grafton Street by post or in store: Bottega Veneta, Christian Louboutin, Saint Laurent, Prada and Jimmy Choo. Brown Thomas shall not be responsible for any goods until such goods have been successfully returned to Brown Thomas in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packed and that you receive proof of postage and tracking number from your chosen carrier or postal service. Please note returns through post will be charged at €4.95. Nothing in this policy will impact your statutory rights.

2. Insert the form, along with item(s), in original packaging and secure tape.
3. Go to https://www.anpost.com/returns and follow the simple instructions.
4. Under the Retailer selection box, please select ‘Brown Thomas’ to ensure fast refund. Please note, if you are returning an electrical item, you should select the 'Brown Thomas Electrical' option.
5. You will have the option to either print a returns label or schedule a pickup where the label will be provided by An Post upon collection.
6. You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us.

Preloved Product means Second Hand or Used Goods and therefore will invariably show signs of use and may be missing supplementary items that may have been supplied when the product was sold "New". Should you change your mind after your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase subject to the completion of a return authentication process.

Vintage Watches With Dayt
