• The HP Online Store will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for most products.

• In case the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, an additional charge of 2% of the order value or Rs. 200/-, whichever is higher, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically take 7–21 working days for credit cards and 5–7 working days for debit card and net banking orders.

• Damaged or Deficient on Arrival: Free replacement within 14 days.
