Refund Policy

Products available on the www.supertails.com Platform may be returned according to this cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy ("Policy"), with the exception of certain product categories. Prior to ordering, it is advised to check product details to confirm if the product qualifies for a return.

To qualify for a return:

• Retained in its original packaging

• Failure to cancel or attend the appointment results in no refunds
