How can one return an order from Giftr?

Refund Policy

Returns are not possible under regular circumstances. However, should a defective or incorrect item be received, a return can be made as the vendor will arrange for a correct replacement, and the shipping fee for the return will be borne by the vendor.

Refunds:

• Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they are not yet in production, have not been prepared, or shipped (each request is assessed on a case by case basis).
• A processing fee of RM5 may be imposed for cancellations due to a change in decision.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed within 48 working hours before delivery, as items are made to order.
• The vendor is not responsible for delays caused by courier service, and as such, no refund or cancellation is offered in this scenario.

Changes to Orders:

• Changes to the delivery date or card message for an order can be made with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, provided the item has not been processed (each request is evaluated on a case by case basis).

Reporting Damages or Missing Items:

1. For perishable items (e.g., flowers, food items, balloons), damages must be reported to the Giftr team within 3 hours upon successful delivery.
2. For non-perishable items (e.g., items sent via courier service), damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours upon successful delivery.
3. In the case of a damaged/lost gift during shipping, the vendor is responsible for replacing the item with the same or a similar item of equivalent value from the same vendor.
4. No claims or complaints regarding damaged or missing items will be processed if the report, along with sufficient proof (pictures/videos of the package as received), is submitted after the specified time frames of 3 hours (for on-demand delivery) or 24 hours (for courier delivery).

Refunds to local banks will be made within 3-5 working days, and refunds to credit cards or PayPal will take 7-14 working days.
