Refunds

Non-returnable Items

• Mattress exchanges for different sizes are not permitted.
• Returned or used mattresses are never resold but donated to charities or professionally recycled.
• Accessories must be shipped back to the warehouse and are subject to a RM299 logistic fee for returns from East Malaysia.

Defective Products
