  • How to change or cancel an order

    • Adding additional items to an existing order once processed is not possible. To order additional items, place a new order or contact HP Contact Centre Team.

  • Refunds
    • If the order has not shipped:
      • Credit Card Orders: The card will not be debited if the order hasn't been dispatched. The pre-authorization hold will be released and funds should be visible within a few days subject to the credit card provider’s policy.
      • Paypal Orders: If paid via PayPal, the account will be refunded after cancellation. Funds should appear back into the bank account within 5 business days subject to standard banking practice.
    • For shipped orders, once goods are returned, HP processes refunds:
      • Credit card refunds appear within 5 business days after receiving returned goods.
      • PayPal refunds also appear within 5 business days after returned goods are received.
      • For Direct Debit and Purchase Orders, provide valid bank details to process the refund after returned goods are received.

• Next Business Day Delivery:

• Holiday Order Delivery:
  • Last day for pre-25th December delivery is Tuesday, 17th December 2023.
