Canceling a booking 22 days or more before the pickup date allows for a full refund of the deposit or any amount paid, excluding any credit card administration fees. If a booking is cancelled between 1 and 21 days before the pickup date, a fee of 20% of the booking value is chargeable, with the remainder of hire fees refunded minus credit card fees. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure or if the vehicle is not collected, then 100% of the booking value is chargeable. It is important to note that changing the pickup date within the cancellation time frames and then cancelling the new booking will result in the original cancellation fee being applied.
