NOTE - Free returns are offered for Australian orders only, so return postage must be paid by the customer.

How to Return...

1. Log your online return before sending any items back.
2. Enter the order details and select the item(s) to be returned.
3. Pack all items with the invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. If returning boxed items, enclose securely in a satchel to avoid damage.
4. Address the return to:
   SurfStitch Returns (Your Order Number)
   Unit 2, 43-53 Days Road, Upper Coomera, 4209
5. Attend the local Post Office and send to the labelled address. Insured registered post is strongly suggested.
6. On receipt at the Fulfillment Centre, the return will be inspected and processed. An email notification will be sent once the return is processed.

Return Terms and Conditions

• Boxed or packaged goods must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition.
• If packed goods are posted back, ensure they are inside a satchel and nothing is attached to the packaging exterior. Marked or unsatisfactory packaging may result in a denied refund.
• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings are not returnable unless faulty.
• Swimwear must be unworn and in original condition with tags and protection stickers to be returnable.
• Wetsuits must follow the folding guide when returned. Contact customer service if a folding guide was not received. Badly creased wetsuits may be rejected unless faulty.

Items can be returned after 30 days if found faulty under warranty or if the incorrect item was received.
