  • Returns for non-faulty items that have been used and/or had tags removed are not acceptable.

  • Parts for bicycles can be exchanged if the incorrect part was ordered without consultation, provided the customer pays for the freight to return it.
• Damaged Goods: All quality checks are performed before items leave Evo Cycles, and the responsibility to check goods upon arrival is on the customer. Damaged goods should be reported within 3 days to be eligible for replacement.
