After informing customer service, Aramex will be instructed to collect the order. A refund coupon, redeemable on the website, will be issued for the cost of the returned item.

Customers will receive a label attachment from Care@goldenscent.com with a return AWB number, which should be taken to the nearest Aramex office for the item drop-off. Notifying customer service via email after this process will result in the immediate issuance of a voucher.

Please ensure that products are in their original packaging when returned.

Return Notice Period

A 24-hour notice period is provided for returns, with items required to be in original, unused condition.

Refunds

Refunds are provided as coupons. Return shipping fees are covered, and a refund coupon matching the item’s value is provided. The coupon can be used to order another item. Note: Shipping fees and cash on delivery service fees are not refundable.

Return or Exchange Refund Timeline
