HOW TO GET STARTED?

6. At this point, you can use the Notes for Driver feature to obtain detailed instructions on pickup time and place directly from your potential driver. Once you check in with him or her, you're ready for confirmation.
7. Tapping „book now” will give the app the signal to contact drivers that are close to you. It may take a few seconds, at most.
8. Now all you gotta do is await confirmation from a driver – they need to accept your booking. Of course, you'll be notified of it as soon as they do, both via e-mail and via a text message.
9. To establish that everything's in order and you're good to go, you can call the driver from within the app and make sure that they're on their way to get you.
10. You're done! Your taxi should arrive in no time. If you're satisfied with the driver's service, leave a positive rating and a couple of nice words! They sure will be appreciated.
